Our team

Our Hanni first attended hotel training school and then after a work-year at home - running the front desk - she was finally able to study. She currently attends University in Vienna and has just returned from a Semester abroard in Boston. Right away she took up a position opening a new hotel down at lake constance before returing to Vienna in fall. Hanni is still supporting us via "Home Office Tools" an whenever back home.

We strive for the best and to make your holiday with us as enjoyable and happy as possible with the help of our great team!

Alex has explored many paths, firstly attending hotel management school, then working hard at a winery here in Austira, bartending here at the Haldenhof (after completting the bartender diploma in Barcelona) and then he completed the ski instructors training. Alexander now plays a role in training new team members. After working for a music- and sound studio over in Liechtenstein he now does attent SAE Univerity in Vienna to become a sound, tone and event engineer. 

Dina grew up here in Lech a completed her work education at "Strolz". She soon found her way into the hotel industry and we are so happy that she joined our Team at the Haldenhof. Dina is on the way to getting her bachelor in tourism managment at MCI Innsbruck and so she trains the new FD-Team and will still be with us for a couple of hours.

Rebecca has previously held a front desk position at a London hotel and spent a year working over in Liechtenstein so she has a wealth of experience and knowledge. She made the right decision to leave the foggy valley and move up to the sunny mountains of Lech. Rebecca will gladly take care of all your needs at our front desk, of course not without a joke or a smile!

With her friendly and calm nature, this graduate of the Hungarian Tourism School in Budapest is a big support in our restaurant and hotel already for many years. You can always rely on Vanessza (and also her boyfriend Rene who will take care of your equipment with our partners at Sportalp).

Felix is british, living on Mallorca and since 8 years here in Lech already - we are happy that Felix will take over the lead in our restaurant and we and all our team members can profite from his experience, share new ideas,... Sport and mountains are his love - at the present he is in training for a half marathon.

Ramona and her partner Florin were introduced to Haldenhof and us by friends. They have a lot of experience in nice restaurants in France and Mallorca but were looking for something new. German will be her 6th language to learn!

Florin and his partner Ramona were introduced to Haldenhof and us by friends. After collecting work experience in France and Mallorca in various restaurants and other positions, he decided to pick up something new and to learn german. We are happy that he chose us to work with!

Our Ollie loves to travel and to see the world - British but born and raised in the UAE, Ollie has already spent several ski seasons here in Lech. This year he took up the personal challenge to become a bartender and to learn a new language. He attended the bartending school of London in preparation for this. He loves people and we can see his potential for a carrer in the hospitality industry. 

Georg came to us 12 years ago when we then revamped our cuisine together. Year upon year we benefit from his new ideas and impulses that he brings back with him from his travels. The fresher, the better is his motto, and the sauces are his poetry. Together with Tobi, Kathi, Ljubi and Marcell he is taking care of and providing great food!

Lenz took up his kitchen training in Vienna. Here in lech he did spoil guests in good restaurants already. We are happy to have him among our team.

Ljubi is a bundle of energy. She does all the preparatory work for the chefs, cooks the breakfast menu and does the most thorough cleaning of the kitchen. We often have to stop her and force her to stop for coffee break! She now lives permantently here in Lech, even working and finding jobs for us in the off season as she exclaimed there was "not enough to work!" when asked what she was up to! She therefore grabbed the ironing board and took care of all courtains in the house!

Marcell and his partner Daniella are from Hungary. They have already spent some winters working here in Lech. After a year in Edinbourgh they found little Haldenhof for their new center of life (during both summer and winter). Marcel did apply for a position in Service in order to learn new skills!

David is a big pillar of life at the Haldenhof. He is constantly making repairs and taking care of your luggage in the depot, as well as the swimming pool, the spa area and the outdoor facilities. If he doesn't have any jobs to do, he’ll defintiely find one! He looks after the hotel and maintains the fleet. 

Her calm and her friendly charisma are infectious – even under the greatest stress on a changeover day, she stays clear and calm and has a good word ready for everyone. 

André has been our "rock in the waves" for many years. No matter where he is needed, he takes on the task and masters it perfectly.

He spends every free minute on skis or out in the mountains. 2023 ist year #26 for André at the Haldenhof. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We can ask Netti for help at any time if there is a need. She is the heart of the team on the floor. Sport is also very important to her – often found jogging or at the sport park, ...
This year Netti will take over controlling and F&B duties in addition - so we will definitely not run out of wine!

Anca is now with us since a couple of seasons. We always can rely on her, her good mood and her effort to make Haldenhof nice, clean and speical for you.

Daniella and her partner Marcell from Hungary have already spent some winters here in Lech. After a year in Edinbourgh they managed to find us. We are so pleased to have these new assets to our team - both for summer and winter!

Our little tobi is back... after ending his chef´s training here at the Haldenhof he did travel a lot in order to get experience. We are happy he found his way back home.

Many of our valuable guest visiting us since years will recognize the family name - Yes, it is the little sister of Dreli, Mathias and Josi. We are so proud that she is following the family tradition and we are so happy to have her back with us (now grown up)!

Richie is with us for the first time. Last year he did discover his love to the Austrian mountains. As a big sportsman (you will find him as often as possible out at Sport Park) he is also a lot of help to us and Lubi with all the big pots and heavy pans in the kitchen.

Ante is from the beautiful town of Split in Croatia. He loves his girlfiend and the two dogs. Now we have to try to give ski lessons to our "mediteranian skipper" ;-).
