When you book directly with us, you not only enjoy our best available direct booking rate, but, above all, personal attention from the very beginning. Instead of dealing with anonymous booking platforms, you have us directly at your side – with time, experience and a genuine understanding of your wishes and the little details that make all the difference.

Your benefits when booking directly:

• Personal holiday planning: Our reception team is happy to assist you with personal concierge service and our local expertise in Lech – from arranging your arrival and recommending restaurants and activities to helping you prepare your stay according to your individual wishes.
• Preference for upgrades and rooms with a view & balcony: When allocating rooms, we are happy to give direct bookers preference for rooms with particularly beautiful views or a balcony – subject, of course, to availability.
• Personal support if your plans change: Should anything change regarding your travel plans, we are always here to help and will work with you to find the best possible solution. In the event of a cancellation, we will also do our best to minimise or, where possible, avoid any cancellation costs for you by re-selling the room.
• Complimentary parking at the hotel: When booking directly, a complimentary parking space directly at the hotel is available upon request and subject to availability.
• Your advantage for a cycling adventure: In summer, direct bookers receive a voucher for a bike or e-bike experience in Lech.

We are happy to assist with the arrangements and recommend experiences and services that suit your wishes and your stay in Lech. We work exclusively with reliable and carefully selected partners whom we know and trust ourselves.

Good to know: Our Concierge Service is complimentary. However, changes or cancellations to bookings that have already been made may incur charges. Any fees or cancellation charges from external providers – such as transfers, restaurant reservations, massages or ski schools – will be passed on to you without any additional charge from us.

Our tip: The earlier you let us know what you have in mind, the better we can arrange availability and special experiences for you.

Our tip: Even when the sun is shining in the morning, temperatures can drop quickly in the mountains.

Our tip: Mountain weather can change quickly – from bright sunshine to snowfall. Dressing in layers is therefore the best choice.
A warm, waterproof jacket and good footwear are worth packing even if you are not planning to spend the entire day on the slopes.

Christmas Eve at the Haldenhof – A Special Celebration

Traditionally, we celebrate Christmas Eve on 24 December together with our guests and friends.

The beautifully decorated Christmas tree, an aperitif by the fireplace, a small Christmas celebration and our festive dinner with accompanying wines and table beverages are all part of the evening, along with our traditional Christmas baking, festive decorations and many little surprises that make this evening truly special.

Already included in the Haldenhof half-board arrangement:
A festive dinner including aperitif, a small Christmas celebration, accompanying wines and table beverages, as well as many thoughtful little surprises.

For us, Christmas is above all a time for sparkling children's eyes. That is why our younger guests up to and including 15 years of age are warmly invited to join us on this special evening.

And perhaps Santa Claus will have left one or two presents for you beneath our Christmas tree this year ...

Good to know: For departures before 28 December, our lower Christmas rate applies.

New Year's Eve at the Haldenhof – Our House Celebration

We traditionally celebrate the New Year together with our guests and friends at our New Year's Eve celebration at the Haldenhof.

Look forward to a festive evening with live music, a fine New Year's Eve dinner with accompanying wines and table beverages, champagne and oysters, music and dancing – and, of course, one or two New Year's Eve surprises.
And because a long New Year's Eve calls for a good start to the new year, we will welcome you on New Year's Day with our New Year's Brunch.

Included in the half-board arrangement:
Cocktail party with music, festive New Year's Eve dinner including accompanying wines and table beverages, midnight champagne, live music and dancing, New Year's Brunch and many little surprises.
For our younger guests, the price is naturally adjusted according to age.

Most importantly: Don't forget your dancing shoes!

Good to know: Deviations from the traditional holiday rhythm, with arrivals and departures on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, as well as individual travel dates, may be subject to additional charges, as we depend on consecutive bookings.

New Year's Eve without Fireworks

Private fireworks are not permitted in Lech. This helps keep the New Year as peaceful and considerate as possible for people, animals and nature.
For those looking for a special New Year's Eve experience, public celebrations and the New Year's show in Zürs provide the highlights instead.

There is limited parking available directly at the Haldenhof. We offer these free of charge on reservation, and the key has to be left at the front desk!. Our garage (fee-based) is located a 2-minute walk from Haldenhof, and we offer valet service, of course (€ 28 to 36 per 24 hours).

Of course we can offer a reserved garage space as well (starting at € 28 per day/night - heated, winter services, full insurance, 3rd party liability, etc. included).

In summer a special long-stay garage tariff is available – e.g., for participants of the Lech River Trail Hiking – please contact the front desk.
