to little Haldenhof after a few years' break!
A warm welcome to our new members:
Sous-chef Rens van Roon comes from the Netherlands,
but has long been in love with the Arlberg and the skies here in Lech!
Chef Casserolier Ang Dawa Sherpa from Nepal
is following his cousin to Lech, and we are already looking forward
to hearing his mountain stories and adventures from the Himalayas.

Tobias Walch – a young man from Lech – did complete his 3-year apprenticeship as a cook with us. Our head chef Georg Paar has created a varied and interesting training programme. Finishing this year we are looking forward to find our next "Trainee".
