Prof. Hubert Schwärzler's art and picture collection plays a key role in giving the Haldenhof its unique style today. At the heart of the collection are engravings and prints by the famous Swiss artist with roots in the Bregenzerwald, amidst which you, as an à la carte guest, can enjoy our menu, selections from it and special snacks.

We will take you on a 30 minute walk to our little barn in Stubenbach for a simple but delicious farmers breakfast. Filtered coffee or herbal tea, sourdough bread, raw milk from our farmer Wolfgang, curd, butter, homemade jam and marmalade, bacon, mixed pickles and honey from St.Anton.
This is only possible for groups of 8 or more with a reservation!
